All Seasons Eco Resort Phillip Island

The All Seasons Eco Resort Phillip Island offers holiday makers 198 villas over a 64 acre site located on Phillip Island and only 2 kilometres from the town of Cowes. This Phillip Island hotel is surrounded by vineyards, bike and bushwalking tracks, nature walks and bird watching. In nearby Cowes you will find fantastic surf and swimming beaches, wildlife parks, the famous penguin parade and the Grand Prix circuit for V8 supercars.

Much detail has gone into the design of the resort with the accommodation receiving a five star eco rating. Where possible recycled materials, eco friendly building products and environmentally sustainable design principles were applied.

Accommodation

All holiday accommodation is fully self contained and ranges from studio spas to 2 and 3 bedroom villas. The Phillip Island accommodation is set amongst the landscaped grounds, just a short stroll from the resort facilities.

Studio Spa: The studio spa has open plan living that extends onto the decks located on both sides of the building providing a sundeck or shade as the seasons change. These rooms also feature a corner spa bath. Bedding is 1 Queen bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and children.

2 Bedroom Villa: The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. Living and meals areas are separated from the bedrooms allowing for peace and privacy. All villas have zip single beds which convert to a king bed to cater for two couples. Bedding is 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and children.

3 Bedroom Villa: Larger families or groups will appreciate the luxury offered by the 3 bedroom villa. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite providing that extra bit of privacy. Bedding is 1 Queen bed and 4 Single beds. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and children.

Dining

The Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week offering alfresco dining and picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The chefs work closely with local producers to source the best produce available in the region.

Resort facilities include over 7 kilometres of walking tracks, a large pool with adjacent cafe, tennis courts and a health club providing a range of outdoor activities for all ages.
