Appetiser: Chicken Liver and Cognac Pate crowned with pink peppercorns, served with crisp bread OR Roasted Red Capsicum Dip served with crisp bread
Entree: Tasmanian Ocean Trout pan seared and served on julienne vegetables with soy ginger reduction

Grilled Kangaroo Loin brushed with lemon myrtle, thyme and honey, served on a vegetable and chive frittata with bush tomato chilli jam
Main Course: Grilled Chicken Fillet - served on a Mediterranean vegetable risotto with pesto, shaved parmesan and a roasted tomato sauce
